Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

In keeping you up to date on information related to your child’s education, Niagara Catholic and its school occasionally send you electronic communications.  On July 1, 2014 Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) came into effect and requires that we have your consent to continue communicating with you through electronic means such as emails, newsletters and phone messages.

Electronic messages may be sent by the Niagara Catholic District School Board and our schools, Catholic School Councils, Niagara Catholic Parent Involvement Committee and the Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education.

Occasionally these communications may include information about offers, advertisements or promotions related to school activities such as but not limited to fundraisers, event information, yearbooks, magazines, field trip opportunities, student photos, pizza days or similar school related activities.

Without your consent we may be unable to send you these types of communications. To give your consent please fill out the Niagara Catholic CASL form.
