Healthy Eating Made Easy!
Chef Anna Olson was the guest speaker at an event at Notre Dame College School on Tuesday, April 24th. Organized by the Notre Dame Family of Schools, the event focused on teaching elementary students how to choose and make healthy snacks and lunches for school. More than 200 people attended this very informative session.
Following the presentation, students and their parents enjoyed healthy snacks prepared by students in Notre Dame's Culinary Arts program. All students received recipe cards so they could make the food they sampled in the evening at home.
