Introducing Niagara Catholic’s 2014-2015 Student Trustees

Niagara Catholic Student Senators have elected Chloe Demizio and Jessica DiPasquale as the Board’s 2014-2015 Student Trustees.

Chloe is a Grade 11 student at Lakeshore Catholic High School in Port Colborne, and Jessica is a Grade 11 student at Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School in Grimsby. They were elected during the 2014 Niagara Catholic Student Leadership Symposium at Club Roma on May 8.

In addition to their role as Student Trustees, Chloe and Jessica will serve as Co-Chairs of Niagara Catholic’s Secondary Student Senate. They replace graduating students Vincent Atallah and Dallas McMahon, whose terms as Secondary Student Senate Co-Chairs and Student Trustees conclude at the end of June.

Niagara Catholic is also pleased to announce that Olivia Mete, currently a Grade 7 student at Alexander Kuska Catholic Elementary School in Welland, will remain Co-Chair of the Elementary Student Senate. She will be joined by Michael Solomon, a Grade 7 student at Mary Ward Catholic Elementary School in Niagara Falls. Michael replaces current Elementary Student Senate Co-Chair Nico Tripodi, who is graduating from Grade 8 at St. James Catholic Elementary School in June.
