In partnership with Project SHARE, our Niagara Catholic secondary chefs and their students created 300 meals that will be distributed to their clients this Thanksgiving weekend. Our culinary students from across Niagara Catholic designed a Thanksgiving meal of turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed beans and glazed ginger carrots for clients to enjoy.
Students from Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School, Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School, Notre Dame College School, Saint Michael Catholic High School, Saint Paul Catholic High School and Lakeshore Catholic High School spent the week preparing, cooking and assembling the individual meals. Project SHARE visited each school to pick up the orders just in time to give their clients a Happy Thanksgiving.
