Niagara Catholic and the Niagara Falls Soccer Club signed an agreement on October 20 to have one of the soccer fields at Michelson Park in Niagara Falls converted to a turf field.

This field will be used by Saint Paul Catholic High School, the Soccer Club and the broader community.

As part of the agreement, the Club will match the Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education’s $200,000 funding grant for the field, which will cost an estimated $850,000.

This is the first in what is hoped to be many agreements with local businesses and other community partners for artificial turf playing fields at Niagara Catholic’s secondary schools. We are grateful to the Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education for spearheading this campaign which will help our students, and students throughout Niagara.
