Research and Data Analytics (RDA) helps Niagara Catholic use data to make informed decisions. RDA gathers information about student achievement, daily operations, research, and feedback from students, families, and staff. This helps the board better understand our schools and communities.
This information supports Niagara Catholic and Ministry of Education goals. It measures progress and tracks planned actions, creating a picture of how those actions help students. It also improves our organization.
RDA also keeps up with changes in education and technology. It uses advanced data tools and artificial intelligence (AI) to make reports easier to understand and help people use data with purpose.
RDA helps explain what is happening now, predict what may be needed next, and suggest actions that can improve results. Through research and careful analysis, RDA supports decisions that help students succeed, promotes equity, and improves the organization.
