Sierra Robison comes by her love of racing naturally.
The 17-year-old, Grade 12 student at Lakeshore Catholic begins her third season racing mini-stocks at Merrittville Speedway Saturday after growing up around the sport.
“My dad (Steve Robison) used to race years ago, and then he decided to put me into go-karts,” Robison said. “I remember going to the races. I don’t really remember too much of him racing. I definitely remember the races; I was always around them.
“He always had a love for racing.”
