Jamie Kamendy was named Senior Female Athlete of Year and Tyler Thompson Senior Male Athlete of the Year at Denis Morris Catholic High School.

Kamendy is a Grade 11 student who played basketball, volleyball and was part of the Reds’ girls soccer team which placed fourth at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) A/AA championships.

Thompson is a Grade 12 student who was part of DM’s field lacrosse team which was awarded silver at OFSAA.

Thompson also played football, volleyball, hockey, badminton, flag football and quash for the school.
