Congratulations to Lakeshore Catholic High School’s Special Olympics soccer team, which will compete at the 2026 Special Olympics School Championships in London, Ontario, May 25-28.
The quest began last October, when the team competed at the qualifier tournament at Denis Morris Catholic High School, where there were undefeated.
The eight-member team will be among 1,100 students and educators at the event, which celebrates inclusion, leadership, and the power of sport. The students will stay on campus at Western University during the event.
