Grade 8 students at St. Michael Catholic Elementary School in Niagara-on-the-Lake spent Friday talking about something many adults once avoided altogether: mental health.

The school hosted its first mental health fair where students created interactive booths focused on wellness, stress management and emotional support. From yoga demonstrations to discussions about social media pressures, the event gave students a chance to share what they have learned about caring for others and themselves.
